Ambush Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cancel registration at least two weeks prior to start date of the program, fee is refunded.
If you cancel registration less than two weeks prior to start date, fee is returned to member as a site credit.
Site credit: this can be used and applied as a form of payment toward any future Ambush registration. Please understand, the system will not allow site credits to be retroactively applied to past registrations. They can be used for Ambush registrations, including Fall Interscholastic Teams that are managed by Ambush. Exceptions to this are bookings/private lessons, and some camps/clinics (for example, In The Zone*) that we only provide online registration service for.
Site credit used toward Payment Plan: If you choose to use site credit as payment for a payment plan, please note the total site credit amount will be dispersed evenly between the two or three payments.
Refund (Partial or Full): processed back to original form of payment, less the original admin+processing fee. If you have paid via Bank ACH, we must wait 7 business days after original payment to process the refund. The admin+processing fee is applied to all Ambush registrations and will add a 5% surcharge which covers operating costs (i.e., non-refundable necessary costs like website, branded mobile app, IT support, customer service, online payment processing for both cc and bank options).
Weather-related cancellations: Every effort is made to offer a make-up for cancellations due to weather or any other reason making it unsuitable or dangerous to continue. If a single date event is cancelled, site credit will be issued. If a single session of multiple days is cancelled, no refund is offered. Make-up sessions are determined if coach and field availability allows for extending time on remaining days or adding another session. Please keep in mind, our field rentals are booked 9+ months in advance without the ability to make last-minute additions or extensions.
*In The Zone camp is an exception—not an Ambush camp. Please email coach@itzfieldhockey.com for refund questions.
