Caroline Winters

Personal Statement: 

Hi my name is Caroline Winters and I am a 9th grader at Charlotte Catholic High School in Charlotte, NC . I found my love of field hockey four years ago after many years of playing competitive soccer and golf. I played all through middle school and currently play for Charlotte Ambush U16 Elite. My goal is to play field hockey in college and I am looking forward to starting my high school field hockey career while continuing to play for Charlotte Ambush.

Field Hockey Experience:

• Captain of Jay M Robinson Middle School team
• In January 2022 I played in the 2022 Sunshine Showcase. For indoor season I played Charlotte Ambush U16 Elite where we played at the National Indoor Festival. For the spring season I played on the U16 Elite outdoor team and we played in two Junior Premier Outdoor League tournaments. I was also the captain of my middle school team.
• Charlotte Ambush: In 2021 I played at the Sunshine Showcase in Florida in June 2021. I also played on the U14 National Festival team in November Middle School Team: played on the middle school team as the starting center forward.
• In 2020, Middle School & Charlotte Ambush (covid)
• Nexus 2022: made it to Regionals (Region 8)
