Alexander Graham Middle School (AG) Field Hockey 6th/7th/8th grade teams

An interest meeting will be May 21 @ 5:15pm in the Media Center.

Season Dates:  
August 27 – October 19 (End of Season Tournament).

Practice Information:
The practice days are T/Th for AG, and will be held 3:45pm – 5:15pm after dismissal on the Selwyn Elementary School field.  Please plan for at least a 3-4 day per week commitment including practices and games. Also, parents should be prepared to sign up for different volunteer roles including practice logistics manager, team parent or others.

Registration Information:
When you register, you will be asked to pay the minimum payment amount as a deposit to confirm your spot on the team.  Full payment will be due August 15th.   

We ask that all participants register and pay deposit by May 30th.  This allows us to order your uniform, plan on if tryouts needed and plan appropriate coaching staff.  A Max of 25 athletes per team will be allowed.  If you try to register after May 30th and that max has already been met, you will not be able to participate or tryouts cannot be planned at that point. 

Tryouts?
If more than 25 student-athletes/grade register, we will hold a tryout.  Practices/tryouts will begin the first week of school. Our goal for AG is to have two middle school teams. 6th graders are allowed to register for this club team, but note there is also a 6th Grade Ambush League option as well, and there already is  a 6th grade-only AG team in that league.
